Congratulations, your company has been selected to participation in the 14th Annual Crossroads Venture Fair on Tuesday, May 1st and/or Wednesday, May 2nd at the Stamford Marriott Hotel. Please see the chart below for presenting and exhibiting details.
 

The review scores and comments that your submission received are now available for you to review at http://www.back-offices.com.  Just log in with the same user name and password that you used to submit your application, then click "View Your Submissions and Status," then "View Your Ratings."
 

Crossroads Registration - Please complete the Participating Company Registration Form within the next 3 days. To pay your company participation fee, you may submit your credit card information online, fax it to the CVG office or mail a check to:  Crossroads Registration, CVG, 1895 Post Road, Fairfield CT 06824. Fax: (203) 256-9949. 

Crossroads Boot Camp - April 18, from 1:30 to 5:00pm, followed by a cocktail reception with CVG members at the New Haven Lawn Club in New Haven.  At this event, you will receive constructive tips on how to present an investment proposal. Presenting companies should be prepared to give a dry run of their presentation. You will receive feedback from industry pros.

Electric: If you need electricity, bring an extension cord and gang outlet with surge protector.
 

Gala Reception - You are welcome to attend the Gala Reception at the Stamford Marriott on Tuesday, May 1st from 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm.
 

3-Minute Presentation: during the event. If you are selected as a "Start-Up, Early, Expansion or Late Stage" company, you will also be entitled to deliver a PowerPoint presentation to the investors. (See Preparing the Presentation for content suggestions.) All presentations will take place in the morning.
 

Email your presentations to perry@cvg.org at least one week prior to the event. We will load all presentations onto one computer.

Lastly, we are asking each of our presenting companies to email us a list of their VC and Angel investors, with company name and emails, to roer@cvg.org.  By doing this, you ensure that they receive complete event information; including the "Investor Only" programming at Crossroads.
